By legal obligation, companies must be audited when, during two consecutive fiscal years, exceed at least two of the following parameters:

There are more than 50 workers in the company.
The company Invoices more than 5.7 millions of euros per year.
The amount of the assets is higher than 2.85 millions of euros.

Nonetheless, voluntary auditing is being more and more requested by companies due to the advantages that it brings:

It gives transparency to the company accounts, reinforcing the confidence of the clients, suppliers, credit entities and other institutions.
It gives a real and current vision, identifying weak points; it makes easier the planning allowing to do the needed amendments in the management and the internal monitoring mechanisms.
